The musician Neil Young will release PonoPlayer, your iPod digital music with high fidelity sound, the collective funding site Kickstarter, according to Pitchfork site. The device will go on pre-sale on March 12 for $ 400.

According to Pitchfork, the PonoPlayer PonoMusic will be powered by a virtual music store specializing in smaller file compression.“Our goal is to provide digital music from all major labels with the highest quality available, and build player easier to use and best-sounding music,” says John Hamm, CEO of PonoMusic, in a press release.
The PonoPlayer come with 128 GB of memory, enough space to store “100-500 albums of digital high-definition music.” The company will also launch memory card to expand the storage capacity of the device.
